Your Username must:

  1. Be 5 –15 characters.
  2. Contain at least one letter.
  3. Start with a letter of number.

Your Username may include numbers, dashes, underscores, periods, or @.

Your Password must:

  1. Be between 7 –15 characters.
  2. Differ from your username by at least 2 characters.
  3. Include at least three of the following:
    • Letters
    • Mixed upper and lowercase letters
    • Numbers
    • Non-alphanumeric characters (@, #, %, &,*)

A new password must differ from your old password by at least two characters.
