Graduate Student Toolkit Guide

Many of the resources listed here are from the SFASU Graduate Office. 

Please remember to check with your Thesis or Dissertation Advisor on the forms, policies and procedures that are to be followed by your department or college.  Those must be adhered to as well.  When in doubt, ASK! 

There is no sense in doing the work twice--ask for clarification.  Then, do the work once, and do it well!

1. Find our ILL Portal link from the "Quick Links" menu at the bottom right of our website, or click HERE
2. You'll be taken to a login screen, if you have never used the service before, you will need to create an account. To create an account, click the tab "create an account" on the right above the login screen
3. Complete the fields for: your First name (Given name) and Last name (Surname), your mySFA username, email address, and  then create a password. This is NOT linked to your mySFA account, so you can use any password you like.
